What should we do about Martin Marcus? Please Vote!

I really appreciate your insights and comments here. Without your opinions the blog wouldn't be so important. I'd like to know your opinion about what we should do about Martin Marcus. The story in a nutshell:

Martin Marcus is running scam where trading as a "real estate agency" he's taking money from tenants and landlords and keeping all in his pocket. Tenants can't move in, landlords never see their money. More than 100 people contacted me about their problems with Martin Marcus. Every person complains that Martin Marcus has stolen his/her £1,000 to £10,000. Let's say that he took average £3,000 from his victim, it makes £300,000 in total - you can buy a nice house for that amount of money. Let's remember that I have been contacted only by people who found my blog. How many other are out there who haven't found the blog?
